Refund Policy

At Digital Market Club, we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and we handle those on a case-by-case basis.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital products are considered final. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been made available, the transaction is complete. We encourage you to read product descriptions, check previews where available, and review any specifications before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Product does not work: If the product you purchased is defective, corrupted, or does not function as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • Wrong product delivered: If you received a different product than what was listed at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Significantly not as described: If the product is materially different from its listing description in a way that makes it unusable for its stated purpose.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your account email address.
  • The order number or product name.
  • A clear description of the issue you encountered.
  • Any screenshots or evidence that demonstrates the problem (if applicable).

4. Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
  • We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been fully downloaded and used, unless they are defective.
  • Change-of-mind purchases where the product functions as described.
  • Creator subscription fees, unless the subscription was charged in error.
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago.

6. Creator Products

Products sold by third-party creators on our platform are subject to the same refund policy. If you experience an issue with a creator's product, please contact us and we will work with the creator to resolve the matter. We reserve the right to issue refunds for creator products at our discretion.
